Design Team

We own a design team consisting of more than 120 experienced designers, modelers and engineers from mainland China, Taiwan and Japan, and we have a good cooperative relationship with Engines Engineering from Italy. The differences between west and east cultural backgrounds broaden our international vision. Obviously, an excellent group cannot grow without a leader. Mr. Chuck Chang (President), as core of business development, has successfully turned Way Design to an active team full of excellent systematic force. Under his leadership, we keep on making steady progress and growing in strength.
